A generous entrance hall provides an immediate sense of space, creating a natural flow throughout the apartment and effortlessly connecting each room.

The heart of the home is the striking curved reception room, where floor-to-ceiling glazing frames breathtaking views stretching across many of London's most recognisable landmarks. Double doors open onto the substantial private terrace, a true extension of the living space and an exceptional setting for entertaining, dining or simply enjoying the ever-changing skyline from sunrise to sunset.

The spacious eat-in kitchen enjoys an equally impressive outlook towards Emirates Stadium, home of Arsenal Football Club. Thoughtfully designed with a full range of integrated appliances, generous worktop space and ample storage, it is equally suited to everyday living and entertaining.

There are two generous double bedrooms, both accessed from the central hallway, together with a contemporary family bathroom. The intelligent layout makes excellent use of the apartment's 918 sq ft, creating a home that feels both spacious and exceptionally practical.

Offered to the market chain free, the apartment further benefits from lift access, secure entry and dedicated bicycle storage. Owners insights:

What do you love most about your home?

This was my first home, which I bought 12 years ago, and from the moment I stepped inside I was completely taken by the incredible terrace and the panoramic views. It has been the perfect place to entertain friends and family, and we've spent countless evenings enjoying the skyline as the sun sets over London.

Beyond the terrace, the apartment has always been a wonderfully practical home. The layout flows beautifully, with a real sense of space that's hard to find in modern apartments. We've also been incredibly fortunate to be part of such a friendly community. The building has a fantastic atmosphere, and we've made lifelong friends here, particularly our neighbours on the 10th floor.

Why are you selling?

If we could, we would happily keep the apartment forever. However, family life has taken us in a different direction and we're no longer able to enjoy it as much as it deserves. It's a decision we've made with a heavy heart, but it now feels like the right time for someone else to create their own memories here and enjoy everything this special home has to offer.

What do you love about the area?

The location offers the best of both worlds. It feels tucked away and peaceful, yet everything you could need is within easy reach. We love having excellent transport links on our doorstep, along with an abundance of cafés, restaurants and local shops.

One of our favourite views is looking out towards Emirates Stadium, and on match days there's a real sense of atmosphere without it ever feeling overwhelming. Whether it's enjoying a walk through the nearby parks, meeting friends locally or simply relaxing on the terrace and taking in the skyline, it's a location that has always been a pleasure to come home to.
