Silverthorne was my first home for over 10 years and was home to two wonderful tenants in more recent years. From the moment I walked in, I fell in love with it’s beautiful Victorian character with high ceilings, ornate fireplace, sash windows and most importantly, its individuality. I have always preferred somewhere with personality over cookie cutter developments, and this had that in abundance. Over the years we have renovated the flat with new flooring, windows, doors, kitchen and bathroom to give a modern feel whilst preserving the character that made it special.
Being just a short stroll across the road from the town centre and the train station has made everyday life incredibly convenient, whether it's popping into town, commuting or meeting friends. Having everything you need on your doorstep while still coming home to a characterful, peaceful home has been the perfect balance.
One of the addition things i've valued most and giving me peace of mind is the share of freehold. As a resident this gave me an element of control over maintenance charges and a real say in how funds are spent, rather than being at the mercy of a large faceless management company.

Leaving Silverthorne is incredibly bittersweet because it holds so many precious memories, but the time has come for a new chapter. I trust you will love it as much as we have and create your own happy memories within its historic walls.

These are great apartments! This particular one is in lovely order and it's a perfect first time buyers & Investors oranyone wanting to be close, but not too close to the town centre and your still within walking distance of some great green spaces too!

Area Comment:
Living in Camberley is like having the best of both worlds; you get the charm of a leafy town with all the modern conveniences that's got just enough shops and restaurants to keep you entertained and your wallet/purse empty, plenty of green spaces for those 'I should really start running' moments and easy access for London via the M3, A30 and several train stations nearby. There's an abundance of great schools for all ages locally too, and enough coffee shops to make sure you get your daily fix!
