Owners insights:

What do you love about your home?

We have genuinely loved living here, and it is a home that will be incredibly difficult to leave. The location has been fantastic, with excellent transport connections making it easy to reach almost anywhere in London, while still enjoying a real neighbourhood feel. The apartment is the perfect size for a single person or a couple, with a well-balanced layout that makes excellent use of the space.

One of ourfavourite features has always been the private terrace. During the warmer months it is the perfect spot to enjoy drinks and nibbles with friends, and it has been a lovely extension of the living space. Having lived here for over ten years, this has always felt like a home rather than just somewhere to live.

What do you love about the area?

The neighbourhood offers everything you could want within easy walking distance. There is a fantastic choice of independent restaurants, cafés, pubs and shops, while the beautiful canal is just a short stroll away and provides a peaceful escape from the city. The transport links are excellent, making commuting or exploring London incredibly convenient.

The building itself has a wonderful community feel. The neighbours are friendly professionals, and because the apartments are owner-occupied, everyone takes pride in maintaining the building and looking out for one another.

Why are you selling?

This is a very regretful sale. Having relocated back to Australia, We have made the decision not to return to London, and so it is time for someone else to enjoy everything this wonderful home and neighbourhood have to offer.
