We bought this house as a blank canvas 6 years ago and it has grown with us into our dream home. The location is perfect and the neighbourhood is very friendly and safe. We are a 15 minute walk into Farnham town centre with easy access to the station and also only an hour drive to the coast and a stones throw from some amazing country walks (and pubs).
We worked on the restoration of the main house to keep the original floors and doors as well as ripping out all electrics and plumbing and installing all new systems. We followed that up with the kitchen extension where we have hosted many parties and Christmas’ and with the bi-fold doors open, spend many summer evenings sitting on the decking, soaking in the sun that sets behind the garden - An equal luxury of course are the cosy winter evenings in front of the log burner.
We will be sad to leave this beautiful home behind and hope the next custodians make as many happy memories here as we have.

What an amazing home! I genuinely do not think there isn't anything to love here! If you're looking for a two bedroom home, in exquisite order that's in a super convenient location then this is your new home. The best parts for me, are that kitchen/breakfast room which is ideal for entertaining being right next to the dining room, then there is the ultra cozy living room with the wood burner. You definitely need to come and see this one for yourself.
