Here is what the owner said:

We've absolutely loved living here, and it's with mixed feelings that we're putting our flat on the market, we're actually staying in the area because we love it so much.

The flat itself is bright, light and airy throughout, with the top floor offering genuinely amazing views.

Location-wise, it's hard to beat. You're within a 15-minute walk of three separate train lines, getting you into London Bridge in under 20 minutes. Two bus routes into Central London stop right outside too, so you've got options whichever way you're heading.

Forest Hill and Honor Oak are both close by, giving you the best of both neighbourhoods; great local pubs, a real community feel, and easy access to green space including Blythe Hill Fields. Local schools in the area are excellent too.

All in all, this has been a wonderful home for us.
