An ideal first time buy, the flat is spacious, flooded in light and benefits from nicely proportioned accommodation throughout. Beautifully presented, with a stylish yet cosy aesthetic, the property combines modern and traditional touches with a laser focus on detail. High ceilings, with big windows dominate each room and create welcoming spaces.
As you enter the building itself, you immediately notice how handsome the property is and how well maintained. The communal entrance hall continues this pattern, with clean tidy paintwork and nicely presented carpets. The flat itself is immaculate and includes: A stunning lounge with feature fireplace, neutral decor, fitted carpets and lots of natural light. The outlook to rear is pleasant across local rooftops and lots of mature trees. The kitchen is super modern having been completely renovated only a few years ago. There is an extensive range of shaker style wall and base units, white marble compact laminate worktop, tiled splashback and all appliances. There are two bedrooms - both beautifully presented - with fitted carpet and neutral decor. The master is the larger of the two with ample space in the recess for wardrobes and a beautiful warm vibe. The bathroom is modern with a three piece suite, shower over bath and towel rail.
Further benefits include: A long lease, low service charges, beautiful sash windows and more. Offered with vacant possession and available to view now with Propertyworld.
It’s really bittersweet to be moving on from my lovely flat on Venner Road, and from Sydenham in general. It’s been a real sanctuary for me, and have especially loved spending time in the living room looking out over the green gardens. It’s amazing how peaceful and quiet it feels despite being so close to the high street.
The location has also been brilliant, with two train stations in walking distance and the Overground, it’s been incredibly easy to get to lots of different parts of London. I’ve really enjoyed having the local parks nearby - special shout-out to Mayow Park - and some lovely independent coffee shops within a short walk.
It’s had everything i’ve needed, and i’m genuinely very sad to be moving on.
