Comment from Oliver Weston of Gascoigne Halman

This brilliant detached house was newly constructed in 2019 by David Wilson Homes and forms part of the popular Haddington Park development. Thanks to the modern build the home boasts strong energy efficiency (EPC rating of B, 84) as well as benefitting from the remainder of its structural warranty.

Since buying the home from new the owners have kept it very well whilst also making a number of improvements, with the most notable being the conversion the garage to provide additional living space and the landscaping of the garden for additional seating area.

The ground floor now offers an entrance hall with cloakroom toilet, front living room, open plan kitchen and dining area, play room and home office. To the first floor are four well proportioned double bedrooms with the principal being served by an en suite shower room and the rest by the main family bathroom.
