Two Bedroom Semi Detached House For Sale
Located within poplars which offers a selection of shops, businesses and comprehensive amenities. The Old Town bars, pubs are close by too. There is also excellent access to London via the A1 junction 7 or 8 and the Stevenage station which provides access to Kings Cross.
The Sellers View - I have to say it's a super quiet area, it's been a peaceful stay for us. Our home has been perfect for entertaining friends and family. The extended kitchen/diner is lovely and bright, with natural light filling the room throughout the day. We enjoy sitting at the dining table with a morning coffee or relaxing there in the evening, with our patio doors wide open providing a nice breeze. During the warmer months, opening the French doors creates a great connection between the inside and outside, making it ideal for summer barbecues. There’s useful storage cupboards off the landing, which has been invaluable for keeping household essentials organised, ample space for cleaning equipment, an ironing board and all those things you don’t necessarily want on show. Our entrance is another feature we’ve really appreciated, it’s spacious enough for coats and shoes without feeling cluttered, while still creating a welcoming first impression as you walk through the door. Upstairs, both bedrooms either have built in wardrobes, or have plenty of room for bedside tables and additional drawer units. Our allocated parking space has been incredibly convenient. Finally, the garden offers a good degree of privacy and enjoys plenty of sunshine. The rear access is another useful addition, particularly when bringing in bins, storing bicycles or when we have guests.”
Ricky’s view - Representing a great first time purchase, buy to let or downsize move. On a hot summers day The Coopers Inn or The Crown are only a short walk away to have a cold pint or a cosy winter meal. For everyday convenience, Sainsbury’s sits just across the road, along with a doctor’s surgery, pharmacy, and a much-loved fish and chip shop-everything you need, right on your doorstep.
