Owners Insight
“I have owned this lovely home for the past three years and have really enjoyed living here. One of the main reasons I chose the property was its convenient location, being within easy reach of local shops, schools, Babbacombe and St Marychurch.
I've particularly loved being so close to the beautiful coastal paths, which have been perfect for enjoying regular walks and hikes along the coastline.
The private rear garden has also been a real highlight for me. It’s a wonderfully sunny and tranquil space, ideal for relaxing and enjoying some peace and quiet. The gated rear access leads directly to two tandem parking spaces, which has been incredibly convenient, while the handy storage shed provides useful additional space.
The reason I am selling is purely due to relocating to New Zealand. It will be a difficult property to leave, and I hope the next owners will enjoy the home, garden and fantastic location as much as I have.”
