If you lived here...
Step through the front door and into a home where original character meets thoughtful styling. The front reception room is a comfortable retreat, with stripped wooden floorboards, soft white walls and plenty of natural light. A lovely space to unwind at the end of the day. Further along, the dining room brings more colour, with cheerful yellow accents, a feature alcove and room for a generous dining table. It's an inviting setting for morning coffee or evenings with friends.
The kitchen continues the home's individual style, with dark cabinetry, warm wooden worktops and open shelving adding character and practicality. Beyond, the ground floor bathroom features a bath with shower above, while a door leads out to the approximately 35ft rear garden. Planted with established greenery, gravel pathways and a seating area, it's a peaceful spot for summer lunches or enjoying some fresh air.
Upstairs, two well-proportioned bedrooms complete the accommodation. Both offer flexibility for sleeping, working or hobbies, with the larger bedroom enjoying a generous footprint. There's also useful storage off the landing. Throughout, the interiors feel carefully looked after, with a relaxed charm that makes this Victorian home particularly appealing.

Word from the owners...
"We have loved living at the centre of this vibrant neighbourhood, which has allowed us to zip into central London on a daily basis, or if need be, using Tottenham Hale to get to Stansted Airport. While it's really well connected, we have also loved the calmness of our home and garden. The street is a quiet one where everyone knows each other and says hello. We've been really spoiled for walks at any one of the local parks nearby and, since we arrived, the area has really taken off in terms of cafes, independent shops and other amenities, with the advent of a Banksy mural putting the icing on the cake. The advent of the Walthamstow brewery and food scene a short walk away has also really added to the options and we've made the most of the gyms and yoga studios which have sprung up on Blackhorse Road. On a typical Saturday, we've loved cycling down to the Walthamstow Wetlands or to the William Morris museum and Lloyd Park. The local schools have also been been a short walk away and the relatively car free nature of the streets are a bonus. We will be genuinely sad to leave our lovely home here."
