A fantastic three bedroom home with generous living space, a brilliant kitchen and dining area, two bathrooms and an enclosed rear garden. Set within a peaceful residential street, this is a home that offers plenty of room for family life, with the opportunity to make it your own.
Five things our current owners love about their home:
1. One of the things we've loved most is how much room the house gives us. The bedrooms, bathrooms and living room are all great sizes, with plenty of space for family life, hobbies and spending time together. There's also so much opportunity for the next owners to put their own stamp on it.
2. The ensuite in our main bedroom has been fantastic. Having our own bathroom gives us that extra bit of privacy when getting ready in the morning, especially when everyone else is using the family bathroom.
3. The internet speed in our street is excellent, which has been a real bonus. Whether we're streaming Netflix, gaming or using lots of devices at once, it's something we've really appreciated.
4. We love how quiet and peaceful the street is. Everyone is really friendly, and having such lovely neighbours has made it a wonderful place to call home.
5. The location has been brilliant for us. With the M74 and M8 nearby, plus Motherwell train station, getting to Glasgow and Edinburgh is straightforward. We also love having Strathclyde Park, supermarkets, schools and other everyday amenities within easy reach.
The lounge is a real highlight of this home, offering an impressive amount of space for relaxing, entertaining and spending time together. With attractive wood effect flooring, a large front facing window and plenty of room for comfortable seating, it's a welcoming space that can easily accommodate everything from cosy movie nights to family gatherings.
Double doors lead through to the kitchen and dining area, creating a lovely connection between the two main living spaces. The kitchen features warm wood effect cabinetry, contrasting worktops, a tiled splashback and a range of storage cupboards. There is plenty of room for a family dining table, making this a great space for everyday meals and entertaining. French doors open directly onto the rear garden, allowing natural light to fill the room and making outdoor dining particularly convenient during the warmer months.
Upstairs, the main bedroom is a comfortable double room with attractive decor, space for bedroom furniture and the added luxury of a private ensuite. The ensuite features a shower enclosure, wash hand basin and WC, providing a welcome touch of privacy and convenience.
The second bedroom is another well-proportioned double, currently presented with a bed, bedside furniture and a wall mounted television. Its neutral colour scheme creates a relaxing atmosphere, while the room offers flexibility for different furniture arrangements.
Bedroom three is a versatile space, currently arranged as a home office with desk space and shelving. It could work equally well as a child's bedroom, nursery, guest room or dedicated study, depending on the needs of its next owners.
The family bathroom is finished with attractive feature tiling around the bath and includes a wash hand basin and WC. A separate downstairs WC is another practical addition, particularly for busy households and visiting guests.
Outside, the enclosed rear garden offers a lovely combination of lawn, paved patio and a timber garden shed. With space for outdoor seating, children's activities and summer entertaining, it is an enjoyable extension of the home. The front of the property benefits from an attractive brick exterior and a lawned setting.
Macrius Way enjoys a convenient residential location in Motherwell, with access to a wide range of local amenities, schools, shops and leisure facilities.
