The heart of the apartment is the open-plan kitchen, reception and dining room. Two large sash windows bring plenty of natural light into the space, while the layout comfortably accommodates both a seating area and a dining table. Pale flooring, neutral decoration and contemporary lighting create a welcoming setting for relaxing, entertaining and everyday living.
The kitchen sits neatly along one side of the room, with grey gloss cabinetry, contrasting worktops and under-cabinet lighting. An oven, hob and extractor are complemented by space for a large fridge/freezer, while the arrangement keeps the kitchen connected to the living and dining areas.
The main bedroom is a comfortable double room with a large window and fitted wardrobes incorporating mirrored sliding doors. These provide useful storage while keeping the floor space clear, with soft grey decoration and carpeting adding to the room’s calm feel.
The second bedroom is currently arranged as a home office, accommodating a corner desk and additional seating. It offers flexibility for buyers who need a dedicated workspace, guest bedroom or a room that can adapt as their needs change.
The bathroom is finished in a contemporary style, with a bath and overhead rainfall shower, glass shower screen, vanity basin, illuminated mirror and recessed shelving. Large-format wall tiles complete the room.
Outside, Garratt Lane offers a wide choice of independent cafés, restaurants, neighbourhood pubs and everyday shopping. Earlsfield station is approximately 0.3 miles away, providing rail connections to Clapham Junction, Vauxhall and Waterloo.
Garratt Park is approximately 0.2 miles away, with Wandsworth Common and Wimbledon Park offering further green space in the surrounding area. Southside Shopping Centre is just over a mile away, providing a broader choice of shops, restaurants and leisure facilities.

Reasons for selling?
After five and a half years here, we're upsizing as we look to grow our family. We're hoping to stay in Earlsfield though!
What do you love about the property?
We've absolutely loved living here. The flat has suited our busy lives in London perfectly - a great space for hosting dinner parties, an easy commute to the City, and a peaceful home to relax in. We wanted a fantastic living space in a great Earlsfield location, and the flat gave us both... We'll be sad to leave!

Area and community appeal
Transport: The train to Waterloo makes commuting into central London and the City easy - we much prefer it to the Tube!
Everything on your doorstep: Earlsfield's shops, restaurants, cafés and pubs are all within walking distance - yet the flat feels homely and tucked away.
Community: Earlsfield has a lovely neighbourhood feel - it’s somewhere we’ve really felt at home, and we’re hoping to stay in the area.
