Application No. 24/00193/ful Northumberland County Council Planning Portal

St Marks Church is an attractive, substantial building, with a wonderful community history. This is a fabulous opportunity to bring this building into use again by creating 3 unique and spacious apartments. This is an excellent scheme which retains most of the architectural integrity of the building, even though it was built in the
1800's surprisingly it is not listed. The development sensitively repurposes and preserves this unique building which has sat in the community for over 200 years.

St Mark's was built in the late C19 as a congregational church. Typical of much of the Amble Conservation Area, of which it forms a significant part, it is constructed in natural stone and slate with leaded windows.

The conversion works would be mainly confined to the interior of the church, however there would be some exterior works, including the introduction of a
number of rooflights and works to windows, the insertion of a door into the north east elevation and the removal of part of the boundary wall to facilitate car parking.

Further information on the design scheme and building regulations are available upon request. Further details on the planning permission for this property Application No. 24/00193/ful accessed via the Northumberland County Council Planning Portal
