The construction of this lot went on from 1600 through the centuries up to the present structure.

The restoration plans to store and restore all elements testifying the originality of the building: Are thus recovered frescoes, coffered ceilings in wood on the rooms of the building in Via Garibaldi, existing stairwells, covering vaults and ceilings of value of the common paths and stairs, brick vaults, hardwood floors and roofs with wooden beams and tavelline, as well as equipment and decorative elements inside and prospects.
