Description
Mulini Mandelli redefines living in Treviso, thanks to the project designed by the International Studio Matteo Thun, in collaboration with the Studio Proap of Architect João Nunes, who oversaw the landscape design.
The ambitious redevelopment of the Mulini Mandelli and the surrounding area combines historical preservation with architectural innovation, taking advantage of the scenic Restera that runs along the Sile River and connects the city to its historical roots. The development includes a total of 70,000 sqm (753,450 sq ft.), with about 93 units dedicated to residential, hospitality, and office spaces.
The restoration of the historical Mulini building includes, in the West wing, the creation of office units for sale. The functional distribution of the spaces optimizes the environments and allows for customization according to the needs of future owners.
The project preserves the original character of the building, harmoniously integrating historical architectural elements with contemporary details. The use of materials in harmony with the original structure contributes to maintaining its timeless charm.
The office spaces are designed as open-plan areas, with the possibility of customizing the internal layout according to the client’s needs. They are equipped with air heating systems (hot-cold), alarm system wiring, and all the latest comforts.
These office units will have a commercial area starting from about 200 sqm (2,153 sq ft.) and can be combined up to a maximum of about 2,000 sqm (21,528 sq ft.). Parking spaces are available for separate purchase. Delivery is expected by the end of June 2026, with an estimated energy efficiency class of A1.
The price shown refers to one of the layouts proposed in the listing.
For more information or to schedule a full presentation of the project, we invite you to make an appointment at the Mulini Mandelli Sales Office, located in the historic center of Treviso.
