The restoration of the historical Mulini building includes, in the West wing, the creation of office units for sale. The functional distribution of the spaces optimizes the environments and allows for customization according to the needs of future owners.

The project preserves the original character of the building, harmoniously integrating historical architectural elements with contemporary details. The use of materials in harmony with the original structure contributes to maintaining its timeless charm.

The office spaces are designed as open-plan areas, with the possibility of customizing the internal layout according to the client’s needs. They are equipped with air heating systems (hot-cold), alarm system wiring, and all the latest comforts.
