In 2017, we moved our headquarters to the Foz waterfront, where we opened a highly visible ka flagship store.
In 2019, we consolidated our team, participated in the first Real Estate Fairs, and launched the first ka magazine.
In January 2020, we created a movement to support a noble cause: “Let’s help the homeless” – Let ́s get housing for the homeless in Porto.
In September 2020, we expanded the ka brand to other areas of the country, namely the Golden Triangle in the Algarve.
In 2022, we opened a new office in the Algarve, strategically located between Vale de Lobo and Quinta do Lago.
In 2023, we began participating in international trade fairs, notably mipim in Cannes.
