In 2019, we consolidated our team, participated in the first Real Estate Shows and launched the first ka magazine.
In January 2020 we created the movement to support a noble cause: “Let’s help the homeless” - Let’s get homes for the homeless in Porto.
In September 2020 we expanded the ka brand to other areas of the country, namely in the Golden Triangle, Algarve.
In 2022 we opened a new office in the Algarve, strategically located between Vale de Lobo and Quinta do Lago.
In 2023 we began participating in international fairs, namely mipim in Cannes.
