Our opinion
This apartment’s terrace is fantastic. It’s large enough to eat out and entertain or just take in the views from a lounger. The area is also fantastic with rue Dr Paccard, the main high street, just around the corner. Although the apartment has not been renovated since it was built in 2003, it remains in excellent condition. With some interior modernisation, there’s potential to increase its value.

Floria is under 100m from Chamonix's pedestrian high street, so just a few minutes' walk from the main shops, bars and restaurants. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the Brévent lift and 5 minutes from the Aiguille du Midi cable car. The nearest bus-stop and train stations are within a few hundred metres.
