Our opinion
This is a classic, quality project that ticks a lot of boxes – a 5-bed, all en-suite, modern, stylish, eco-efficient chalet in a great position. Located on a quiet, no-through road equidistant between Morzine and Montriond, it’s an easy maintenance property that would prove popular as a rental investment as much as a home/second home. Authentic, modern quality and excellent value.

Location
A 20-minute walk to Morzine village and the Super Morzine ski lift. Montriond village, with its excellent restaurants and mini supermarket for daily bread/croissants, is less than 10 minutes away. A bus stop nearby serves both Montriond (and onto the Ardent ski-lift) and Morzine.
