Resort property
These two studios share a terrace and some unbelievable views of La Plagne from their perch at the very top of the resort in Plagne Village.
The studios measure 19.94m2 and 20.74m2 and whilst not the same layout they each have an open plan living area with kitchenette, a mezzanine bedroom accessible via stairs (rather than ladder), a WC and a bathroom.
Step out of the studio and you have a short walk to the pistes; either down to the Ecartée piste which runs through Plagne Soleil to the Bergerie chair or to Chevrette going through Plagne Village and down to Plagne Centre. Either way, the location is fantastic.
Don't want to walk to the bar or restaurant in the evening? The shuttle bus stops just across from the residence! Couldn't be handier for enjoying all of the areas of this part of high altitude La Plagne.
The apartments are sold together as they share a waste water evacuation pump which was installed when they were converted from the "vide sanitaire" under the residence. The copropriété have given approval for the apartments to be turned into one larger apartment; a further technical study is required for this to go ahead.
They are currently rented out for the entire winter season but there is a huge potential to do weekly rentals, some renovation could lead to a successful rental property....or two!
At 2100m altitude, Plagne Village, which is part of the La Plagne ski resort benefits from being snow sure each winter with access to the 225km of pistes of La Plagne and 425km of pistes in Paradiski. From Plagne Village you are two chairlifts away (Bergerie and the Arpette) from the Vanoise Express which links La Plagne to Les Arcs.
La Plagne is well known for its range of pistes; challenging blacks from the back of the Becoin, cruisy blues and reds from the Roche de Mio and Grande Rochette peaks, forest skiing in Montalbert and Montchavin and stunning scenery and skiing from the glacier at 3250m altitude. The new telecabine from Bellecote to the Roche de Mio is going to be a great change to the skiing landscape and opened this winter.
Summer activities in La Plagne range from parapenting, mountain biking, hiking, Via Ferrata (climbing wires) with white water rafting in the valley and road cycling through the stunning scenery with Mont Blanc as a backdrop. The Tour de France finished in La Plagne summer 2025 and the resort will be hosting the Bobsleigh competition for the Winter Olympics in 2030.
Access to the resort
The town of Aime La Plagne has a station where the tgv trains stop during the winter so travelling by train is a great option.
The airports of Lyon and Geneva are 2-3 hours away (depending on the time of year) and during the winter season Chambery and Grenoble airport also have flights for skiers.
