In 2019, we consolidated our team, participated in the first Real Estate Fairs and launched the first ka magazine.
In January 2020, we created a movement to support a noble cause: “Let’s help the homeless” - Let’s find homes for the homeless in Porto.
In September 2020, we expanded the ka brand to other areas of the country, namely in the Golden Triangle, Algarve.
In 2022, we opened a new office in the Algarve, strategically located between Vale de Lobo and Quinta do Lago.
In 2023, we began participating in international fairs, namely mipim in Cannes.
