Workspace 3TF:
Workspace Three is on the top floor of the Tannery and it boasts 1,330 square feet of prime workspace. This is one of our exclusive penthouse suites. It can comfortably seat up to 26 desks. The workspace is fully air conditioned with an internal meeting room, and it's own kitchen area. The space has been fully refurbished with high end carpets and lighting throughout.
Workspace 18:
This is an office not to be missed! Up to 14 desks. This space has dual aspect floor to ceiling windows that create a brilliant light, bright working environment. It’s also at the end of the west wing ground floor corridor so there’s no passing traffic yet it’s convenient for the kitchen, reception and meeting rooms. As it’s one of our slightly larger workspaces, there’s scope to be really creative with the layout of the space.

Workspace 21 at The Tannery is a ground floor workspace with room for up to six desks. Like all spaces at The Tannery, it not only benefits from great road connections but of course, you can also take advantage of our extensive onsite parking.
