• Occupiers will be responsible for the pat testing of all portable electrical equipment brought onto the premises.
• A £2,500 clean departure deposit will be payable. This will be refundable at the end of the occupation, subject to deductions for any additional cleaning required and provided there is no damage to carpets, walls or the building fabric, fair wear and tear excepted.
• A £1,250 one-off set-up fee is payable with the first month's rent.
• Office cleaning can be provided by agreement and will be subject to the nature and intensity of the occupier's use.
