Stevenage is subject to major redevelopment over the next few years. There is a lot of activity coming forward with both large scale residential and commercial development.

The schemes below will produce a total of 3,500 new apartmens and create 2,250 new town centre jobs.

The subject site will be developed in two phases with Phase 1 ready for handover in Spring 2024.

The entire scheme will consist of 526 new apartments for both shared ownership and social rent.
