Innovative details such as flooring made from recycled tyres and laminated timbers, a rainwater harvest system and natural air ventilation resulted in the Work Space achieving a BREEAM excellent certification, supported by premium insulation and solar panels.

The upper floors have been redesigned to maximise green space with tiered terraces, including a new terrace stretching the length of the 7th floor and clad in plum-coloured bricks, creating an elegant space for private events.
