Situated between the main Town Centre and the Floating Bridge, with its regular vehicle and foot passenger service to East Cowes, in an area noted for a mix of residential and commercial occupancy, we understand that 'St. Andrews Hall' was originally built as a mission hall in 1886, but more recently has been used for a variety of community and business uses.

Cowes itself is an ever-popular location with residents and seasonal visitors alike, with a wide variety of facilities within its boundaries, and it is home to the globally-recognised Regatta Season, including Cowes Week and the 'Round the Island Race' plus a host of associated marine events and industries.

Cowes is also home to the Red Jet Hi-Speed passenger ferry to Southampton.
