Essential Faade Works Disclaimer

During the 2025/26 and into the 2026/27 academic year, we will be carrying out essential works to the external faade of the property. These will take place Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 5:00pm, and on Saturdays between 8:00am and 1:00pm. While the project is underway, you may notice some noise during working hours (vibrations, banging and drilling) and at times experience reduced natural light in your room. We will do our best to keep any disruption to a minimum and keep you updated on the progress. Please note that there may be noise disruption during on-site viewings. This is anticipated to be completed by the end of October 2026.
