This property is an extermley well presented and easily manageable block of land with some high quality stables.

The pasture is level and in good order. Please note that the large fields are susceptible to flooding in the winter months. This property is being let as a Sole use yard, not suitable for livery arrangements.

Services The property has an independent electricity and water supply and the incoming tenant will set up an account in their own name.

Conditions 1) Should a tenant wish to spray or fertilise the ground at any time, they must receive written approval from the Landlord, or the Landlords Agent, prior to applying anything.
2) Muck is to be removed from the pastures on a regular basis - at least once a week - with the muck store being emptied at lease every six months.
3) Tenant is to be responsible for maintenance including hedge trimming, weed control in the yard area, mowing of the grass around stables, trimming of bushes/shrubs etc.
