The house has superfast fibre internet throughout, smart TV in the communal lounge space.

The property has all communal areas cleaned by our cleaners every 2-weeks with the gardens and windows maintained on a monthly basis.

All bedrooms are large double rooms and are furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws and bedside table. We do have bedding packages available to purchase prior to move in.

We have 3 double bedrooms available on the first floor and one double bedroom available on the ground floor.

There is a bathroom on the first floor finished to a high standard with over bath shower. There is also a separate W/C located on the Ground Floor.

We are able to offer off-road parking for 2 vehicles; this is on a first come first serve bases. There is amble on-street parking to the side of the property.
