Before the tenancy starts (payable to Harringtons Lettings)

Reservation Fee: 1 week`s rent £213.46 due upon securing the property. This payment will be deducted from the move in monies when due, however in the event that a tenant withdraws or provides misleading information preventing the tenancy proceeding this payment will not be refunded.

Deposit: 1 Months` rent due 30 days prior to the move in date

Payment of £50 +VAT (£60.00) per person named on the tenancy if you want to change the tenancy agreement
Payment of interest for the late payment of rent at a rate of 3% above the Bank of England`s annual percentage rate for each day that the payment is outstanding. In the event arrears are passed to a third party ie a solicitor the contractual costs start at £300+VAT (£360.00)
Payment of £40 +VAT (£48.00) for the reasonably incurred costs for the loss of keys/security devices.
Payment of £300+VAT (£360.00) associated with any tenants requests for early termination of the tenancy.
