The property has all communal areas cleaned by our cleaners every 2-weeks with the gardens and windows maintained on a monthly basis. All bedrooms are large double rooms and are furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws and bedside table. We do have bedding packages available to purchase prior to move in.

There is a bathroom on the first floor finished to a high standard with over bath shower. We are able to offer off-road parking for 2 vehicles; this is on a first come, first serve basis. There is amble on-street parking to the side of the property. The room available is a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.

The total move-in cost is £1100.00. This is made up of a £550.00 bond and £550.00 rent in advance.

Once you have viewed the property and decided to apply, you may be asked to pay a £50 reservation deposit. This is refundable if your application is unsuccessful (terms and conditions apply). If your application is successful, we will then request a £250 holding deposit. Together, these deposits total £300, which will be deducted from your move-in costs at the point of check-in.
