To help our tenants further we include all the household bills in the price of the monthly rent, so there aren’t any unexpected bills at the end of the month. We also provide complimentary high speed wifi, and a monthly communal cleaner to help out.

The house is in easy reach of uclan (about a 10 minute walk away) and the centre of town is less than a 15-minute bus ride away, offering a great selection of bespoke retailers, bars, restaurants and supermarkets.
