Guests have full access to the entire property, except for one locked room that holds personal possessions. No parties, extra guests without permission, or excessively loud noise/music are allowed. Violations will result in immediate cancellation of the stay without a refund, as this is a residential area and we aim to avoid disturbances for neighbors. Check-in information will be provided after successful guest verification, which requires a government-issued photo id and a credit or debit card.
