The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, and cooking essentials. The bathroom is clean and bright with a shower, fluffy towels, and toiletries provided. Wi-Fi, central heating, and self check-in are included.

Parties are strictly prohibited and an extra charge will apply should any house rules be broken. Smoking, vaping, and taking any illegal substances in or around the property is strictly prohibited and a charge of up to £500 may be applied. No pets and no unregistered guests are allowed. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 7am, and noise must be kept to a minimum, including TV volume. Please make sure to lock the doors and windows and respect check-in and check-out times. Standard check-in time is 4pm onwards, and check-out time is before 10am. A charge will be applied for late checkout if there is no previous agreement. Please take extra care of your keys. Lost keys will incur a minimum charge of £100, and a £50 call-out fee will be charged if you are locked out of the property. Please use indoor shoes or slippers, if possible.
