I am a professional working in construction who likes a quiet life at home with his two cats. One of the requirements is that you like cats and other pets will not be allowed. The property is fully furnished as seen if you come and view with a galley kitchen, dining room, living room on the first floor.

Double bedroom (for rent), single bedroom (unoccupied) and a bathroom with a shower and a bath on the first floor with a hallway connecting. Upstairs, a loft conversion with bedroom and an ensuite shower / toilet. The main bathroom will be shared. There are open fireplaces in the living room and dining room.
We have been here just over 3 years and love it here.

Looking for someone who a) Loves cats!, b) Loves Winchester and our house, c) wants to live in a shared house but is respectful and considerate and d) Someone who shares the workload and the responsibilities with their housemate and is tidy.
