A modern house with a cozy cottage feel, this property sleeps up to 4 people and features a unique mezzanine floor leading to twin beds. The farmhouse-style kitchen is well equipped with all the utilities, accessories, and cooking utensils needed for a self-catered holiday. The bright open-plan lounge dining room is furnished to a high standard and includes a Smart TV with applications for guests to use their own accounts and Virgin Media. Wi-Fi speeds are as fast as 50Mbps.

Parking is available for up to two cars. The garage can fit a small car inside (2m wide), and there is a space directly outside the garage which can fit a medium car. A travel cot and mattress are available to borrow upon request, subject to availability, and at an additional cost of £20. Guests will need to bring their own cot bedding, including a bottom sheet.

Access to York city center is simple via car, bus, or on foot, with a riverside walk along the River Ouse providing great views.

Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to the cleaner’s schedule.
