Parking is available for up to two cars. The garage can fit a small car inside (2m wide), and there is a space directly outside the garage which can fit a medium car. A travel cot and mattress are available to borrow upon request, subject to availability, and at an additional cost of £20. Guests will need to bring their own cot bedding, including a bottom sheet.

Clifton Moor Retail Park is on the doorstep, offering fabulous local amenities including shopping, numerous restaurants, Puregym, Tenpin Bowling, and a vue Cinema. Access to York city center is simple via car, bus, or on foot, with a riverside walk along the River Ouse providing great views.
Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to the cleaner’s schedule. You will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them.important: Our partner requires guest verification facilitated by Truvi (previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo id and a credit or debit card.
