Description
Located in the picturesque village of Groombridge, this charming Grade II Listed end-of-terrace cottage offers beautifully presented accommodation arranged over three floors. Rich in character and period features, the home has been thoughtfully styled to highlight its historic charm.*

The ground floor features a well-appointed kitchen, complete with a stable door and leaded-light window that opens onto the rear garden. At the front of the cottage, the cosy sitting room boasts a working fireplace and includes both a practical understairs cupboard and a separate pantry. A door from this area leads to a short set of steps down to Bird in Hand Street.

On the first floor, the principal bedroom benefits from a fitted wardrobe and an attractive outlook across the village green. Also on this level is a stylish and well-equipped bathroom.

The top floor offers a versatile loft room, currently used as a study—ideal for home working or occasional guest use—which leads through to the second bedroom.

Outside, pathways guide you to the property’s section of garden, a generous and peaceful space with lawned areas, mature shrubs, trees, and a colourful mix of annual and perennial plants.

There is on-street parking for residents around the green.
