The apartment features a bright, modern, and open-plan kitchen and living area. The fully equipped kitchen includes a kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, gas hobs, fridge and freezer, and a dishwasher, along with all the pots, pans, and utensils you need to cook up a storm. The kitchen leads to a fabulous private patio, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine after a long day of sightseeing. The living area, featuring sash windows and a decorative fireplace, is an inviting space to kick back and watch your favorite shows or movies on the Smart TV with on-demand apps.

Guests will have private access to the entire property along with a private garden/patio. Tenants live above the property and can be heard at times. Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am. You will be charged £100 for lost keys and call-outs, so please be careful with them. The fireplace is not for use, just aesthetics. Underfloor heating is available in the kitchen, bathroom, and hallways.
