Easy access to amenities is just a few minutes from the park, and it's within walking distance to the 02 centre, featuring a large Sainsbury's and other shops. Other supermarkets and shops are within a few minutes' walking distance. The flat is only 8 minutes from Oxford Circus by tube.
Rent, Deposit, Bills: The rent is £1,100 per month, excluding all the bills. The bills cost £250 per person per month throughout the year. Council tax Band E. The security deposit is £1,270.
