A lovely double room in a very clean and quiet house where a husband and wife live. Our children are grown up and we are looking for a lodger. Someone who is ok with 2 Cockapoos and a miniature Poodle. These are Hypoallergenic dogs and shed very little hair.

The room is on the ground floor, suitable for single occupant. Students are welcome. There are 2 Bathrooms in the house and one of them is next to the room. We are Ok with the lodger using our Kitchen and washing machine and tumble drier. The room has an Air conditioning and very comfortable during the hot weather. It is double glazed and central heated for the Winter. Very clean and quiet house. All bills are included and there is a very fast internet provided.

Available furnished for £150pw, which is £650pcm for a minimum of 6 months.
