The flat is in good condition, and we take great care of maintaining it. The reason there are two lounges and a kitchen is due to local authority licensing restrictions in Southwark, Unfortunately, this means that the second lounge cannot be used as a fifth bedroom. The flat must therefore remain as a four bed property with a maximum of four tenants. This will be stipulated in the tenancy agreement and unfortunately there can be no flexibility on this point.
