Hey! We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our home – someone who’s laidback, clean, and professional, but also comfortable being social and open to building a friendly vibe in the flat.

A bit about us: There are two of us already living here. We’ve been flatmates and friends for several years now. We hang out a lot and keep things relaxed, supportive, and fun. No pressure to be part of that dynamic, but good to know that it’s the kind of home where we do spend time together.

We’re after someone who’s responsible, easy to live with, and happy to keep shared spaces clean and chill. If you’re open to making a bit more than just a functional flatshare, that’s a bonus — but we fully respect personal space and independence too. We also like our own space and time for ourselves.

The flat has two bathrooms, a communal living room, and kitchen with a dining table. Well equipped with a washer, dryer, hob, grill, oven, and dishwasher.

The flat is less than 10 minute walk from Lewisham station and the DLR.
