This charming 1-bedroom apartment occupies the entire second floor of a beautifully restored Grade II listed Georgian terraced house. Large twin windows allow plenty of light to fill the new kitchen and spacious living area, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The apartment sleeps up to four guests and has been lovingly refurbished by an interior designer, with stylish furniture and contemporary touches providing a lovely temporary home for guests. Please note that there are two to three short flights of stairs to climb to the second floor, and there is no lift.

The bedroom features a king-size bed and a flat-screen Smart TV, along with ample storage. The brand new kitchen is well equipped, suitable for cooking substantial meals, and stocked at the start of your stay with basic essentials such as sugar, tea, coffee, and granola. If you intend to use the sofa bed in the living room, blackout blinds have been installed for your comfort. The bathroom is accessed via the living room, and towels and premium soaps and shampoos are provided. The apartment also includes a desk and working area, and complementary Wi-Fi is available throughout the building.

Unfortunately, the parking space out front is not available for guest use, so please do not park your cars here.

Located in the heart of central London, just a two-minute walk from Angel Underground station, you are ideally positioned with London’s main tourist sites, the City financial district, and vibrant East London on all sides. Favorite dining spots in Exmouth Market and Camden Passage are just a very short walk away. The apartment's proximity to Angel Underground station grants you access to the entire London underground network, and there are various bus stops nearby for convenient travel in or out of the city.

Guests will be asked to check themselves in unless requested or agreed otherwise. The apartment is located on a main road, so street noise is inevitable. Please remove outdoor shoes. Check-in is from 3pm and check-out time is 10am. No smoking, no pets, and no parties are allowed.Please note that a security deposit of £500 will be taken separately by the partner. This deposit is not included in the initial booking price and will be refunded after your stay, pending any damages.
