I’m moving out of my lovely flat and looking for someone to take over my room (it’s a tenancy change, not a sublet). The flat is a 2 bed / 2 bath and you’ll be living with Willa — she’s 27, American, works in project management, and is super lovely. She mainly works from home but goes into the office a couple of days a week.

Location: Technically Kilburn, but right on the borders of West Hampstead, Queen’s Park & Maida Vale. Lower ground floor flat with exclusive access to the entire garden

Connections:
• 5 mins to Kilburn High Road Overground (Lioness Line)
• 8 mins to Kilburn Park (Bakerloo)
• 10–15 mins to Kilburn (Jubilee) or Brondesbury (Mildmay Line)
• Buses right outside to Oxford Circus

Super close to Kilburn Grange Park, Queen’s Park, and Regent’s Park.

The flat:
