Application: To apply you will be required to fill out an application form per adult and provide us with two forms of id (one photographic). There are no set up or administration fees. However, you will be required to submit a refundable holding deposit to reserve the property. This is capped at one week's rent.

The first month's rent and deposit of £300 is payable in advance prior to the move in date. All payments must be in cleared funds.
