Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 11am. Unauthorized late check-outs or early arrivals will incur a £20 fee per half hour. A £50 fee applies if keys aren’t returned correctly, and lost keys requiring lock replacement will incur a £100 charge. If locked out, a £50 call-out fee applies. This is a strictly non-smoking property with a £200 fee if smoking is detected. The online verification requires a government-issued photo id and a credit or debit card. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided.
