The studios are different sizes so the price will vary. The rent shown is typical for a one month stay. If you want to stay longer the rent will be less. If you want a shorter stay the rent per night/week will be more.

No damage deposit is required but a booking deposit is taken which is non returnable in the event that you cancel.
