The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, tea/coffee machine, fridge, freezer, and all basic cooking essentials. The bathroom is clean and well-stocked with fresh towels, a hairdryer, toiletries, and starter essentials. Additional amenities include free high-speed Wi-Fi, an iMac computer, washer and dryer, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge-freezer.

Private underground parking is available, with a height limit of 5'10" (178 cm). An optional single memory foam bed is available for a third guest for an extra fee. A baby travel cot can be provided upon request for a surcharge, with at least 48 hours' notice. Please note that the travel cot comes with a thin mattress, and no extra mattress or padding is provided for safety reasons. Baby bedding is not included. If more than two people are staying, there is an extra charge of £30 per night for each additional guest.

Standard check-in is from 3 pm, and check-out is by 11 am. An extra night will be charged for early arrivals or late departures not agreed in advance. No parties are allowed, and an extra £500 fee will apply if any house rules are broken. Smoking is not permitted. To ensure early access, booking the night before your arrival is recommended. The online verification requires a government-issued photo id and a credit or debit card. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided.
