We have to relocate unexpectedly and need our tenancy agreement taken over. We are looking for a new tenant for this beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom fully furnished south-facing corner flat on the ground floor of block 2 with patio. Location is Hove BN37RS.

The monthly rent is £2220. Minimum tenancy is 6 months. This is not a sublet.

We are paying £1500 as a bonus if someone is signing a rental contract for our flat starting between October 25th and November 1st
or £1000 before November 15th.

Requirement:
The new tenant signs a tenancy agreement for our flat with the landlord for a minimum length of 6 months starting November 15th the latest and pays the deposit to them (no-deposit option available).

So, they need to go through the usual reference checks, mainly including a yearly salary requirement of at least £66,600.
