Hi, female lodger moved out at the end of September and looking to replace her. We live in a quiet, comfortable 3 storey house near the centre of Burton on Trent, a private development and very quiet and peaceful. It's a 10 mins walk to either the centre of town or the train station. The room and en-suite occupies the whole of the top floor of house and is furnished, centrally heated, and has lots of space. It's the only room we rent out, so there's just you here, and as the live-in landlord. We bought the house new 16 years ago and have lived here since that time. It's a good neighbourhood. All bills are included (possible adjustment for council tax addition) and it's a shared kitchen only. The room can be arranged to suit your preferences eg, bed in a different position. If you're female, aged 25 plus, a non-smoker, and working, then you're very welcome to come and view anytime. We are retired but very active, and have a preference for a female as having rented out rooms in the past, We have found that females are generally more tidy and considerate than males!
